MXene: The 2D Material Revolution

MXenes are two-dimensional transition metal carbides and nitrides, recognized as some of the most promising materials for next-generation electronics and battery systems due to their conductivity and tunable surface chemistry.

Reseapro Labs is among the first Indian organizations to establish pilot-scale MXene synthesis facilities, optimized for cost, consistency, and scalability.

Battery Innovation: Powering the Future 

Reseapro Labs is developing MXene-based lithium ion batteries with the goal of achieving:

  • Rapid Charge–Discharge Rates without dendrite formation
  • Long Cycle Life and enhanced thermal stability

Our multi-phase research plan aligns with PLI 2.0 Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) guidelines and integrates design-to-prototype capabilities to create a competitive Indian supply chain.

Prototype Development Facility 

Our pilot facility is equipped for:

Each prototype undergoes rigorous electrochemical evaluation to benchmark against international standards.

EMI Shielding Materials

With the exponential growth of 5G, IoT, and aerospace systems, electromagnetic interference (EMI) has become a serious concern for electronics safety and data integrity.

Reseapro’s MXene-based composites offer:

Desalination and Filtration

Reseapro’s MXene membranes demonstrate ultrahigh ion selectivity and anti-fouling properties, positioning them as a future solution for brine management and groundwater desalination in coastal and industrial zones.
