Top doctors of US aren’t disclosing their drug company ties

A noteworthy fraction of the topmost doctors fail to reveal their financial relationship with the drug companies in the guidelines. A massive research investigation in the United States found a link between marketing payments to doctors and local deaths from opioids. It was found that only one-third of the guideline writers had a potential relevant tie to a drug company and the rest was not disclosed. This is a huge matter of concern as the guidelines put big impacts on the sort of care a patient receives from doctor, and on which drugs they prescribe.
